FIVEWALK HOMES PLANS LUXURY APARTMENTS FOR SWANLEY COURT HOTEL

Fivewalk Homes plans to build luxury apartments while restoring a building to its former historic glory after acquiring the Swanley Court Hotel, in Trinity Trees, Eastbourne.
The Eastbourne developer aims to refurbish and extend the existing building to provide luxury apartments with a design totally in keeping with the historic nature and the architectural detailing of the current structure. Fivewalk Homes is known for its high quality and the new development will be suited to the Victorian nature of Eastbourne.
The preliminary proposals include seven luxuriously designed apartments: three three bedrooms and four two bedrooms, and one two bedroom maisonette, all with an off road car parking space in the town centre. The structural appearance of the building will not change from the front elevation, retaining the existing façade.
Fivewalk Homes specialises in new build, conversions and the refurbishment of existing buildings, and was recently awarded the ‘Best new small development’ award at the prestigious Evening Standard Homes and Property Award evening held at the Dorchester in London earlier this year.
