DOUBLE AWARD FOR FIVEWALK HOMES

Two
gleaming trophies have been added to the collection of awards won by luxury
developer Fivewalk Homes.
The Evening Standard’s prestigious Best New Homes awards were handed out at a ceremony in London, attended by the country’s top developers. Fivewalk Homes took the limelight, receiving an award for Best New Small Development for the second year running.
Managing director Andrew Mackleden was also given an award for Best New Conversion. He said: “It is fantastic to have this recognition. The judges commented on the exceptional quality, superb joinery and craftsmanship and the overall high-class finish maintained throughout our developments.”
Andrew and his wife Tina were presented with the awards at a ceremony at the Dorchester Hotel in London on May 16, where comedian and presenter Patrick Kielty was host.
Judges took a guided tour of Fivewalk Homes’ three-part development, Granville Crest. This includes luxury converted apartments, new build apartments and a spacious detached six-bedroom home. They compared these to hundreds of entries and the work of 159 shortlisted developers, before deciding Fivewalk Homes is leading the industry.
The new build Daydawn development from Eastbourne-based Fivewalk Homes, with its high quality fixtures and fittings, is the latest example of the luxury living the developer offers. With work at the Meads site soon to be completed, each detached house including a swimming pool or Jacuzzi hot tub. In the heart of the town, Fivewalk Homes will soon to start work on eight one-bedroom apartments in Lismore Road.
